This has been a happily busy week for at least a couple of Richard Armitage fans, they got to meet him. Lucky them. ;D One of the lucky fans is the author of Do I have a Blog? doihaveablog.wordpress.com/2012/08/16/hello-richard-armitage/ The other lucky lady has her story on the Armitage Army forum, which to read you have to join and on C19 forum and that link is open c19.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=cat6&thread=58768&page=2#1482812 They are both entertaining reads and I don't know what I would have done if I had met him. Hopefully I wouldn't do anything stupid like trip over my tongue or feet, but if it were the latter he could try and catch me and not get hurt. I'm taller than Richard by about an inch and a half, so that is why I would be worried about him getting hurt trying to catch me. |

On "What We know About Richard Armitage's Next Film" at Scratching Post, we know that Richard's current project has no title, working or otherwise. It is just simply, according to IMDB "Untitled Steve Quale Tornado Thriller (2013). At one time, however, it had the tentative title of Catergory Six, but that title was already taken and it went out with the bathwater. I'm pretty sure most of us, if not all of us, know how Richard would love to be able to produce and star in a historically accurate film of King Richard III. However, it seems that financiers are skittish about backing such an effort. But with our (fans) help we maybe able to help make them less skittish. I came across King Richard Armitage blog and on there there is a petition to support Richard's cause of getting the King Richard III movie. All you have to do is sign your name and email and then cross your fingers, and maybe toes, that it will help RA get it made. Well there doesn't seem like there is much to report on news wise. All we know is that the pick ups for The Hobbit started on the 20th of last month and are supposed to last 10 weeks. That should mean that the work will be done close to the end of July.
New Zealand in July I'd take that. It'll beat almost 100 degrees that it will more than likely be where I live. Oh and a means of escaping hurricane season.

So far I can not find a release date of Richard's movie Black Sky. I keep thinking it will come out after he gets done doing the extra shooting for The Hobbit, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
