This is for the New Zealand premiere of 'The Hobbit'. It is going to be on November 28, 2012 in Wellington, New Zealand at the Embassy Theatre. This was confirmed by Warner Brothers in June.

Now in the U.S.A, the premiere of 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' is going to take place in New York City on December 6,2012 at the Ziegfeld Theater and is to benefit the American Film Institute.

This a VERY prestigious premiere for The Hobbit. It has been selected for the 65th Royal Film Performance. The Royal UK premiere will take place on Wednesday, December 12,2012 in London. It will also be graced with the presence of members from the Royal Family.
